Together we’ll go through your client experience in FULL for one of your services. Learn to confidently map your dream onboarding, offboarding and project delivery.

Reflect

We kick things off with a deep-dive into what your client experience looks like right now. You'll tell me what's clunky, what’s working, and what’s driving you round the bend. Think: voice note confessional meets biz therapy. I’ll take your challenges and turn them into opportunities to simplify, smooth out your workflow, and make your clients feel really well looked after.

Design

A 90-minute power session where we map out your dream client experience. I’ll come prepped with ideas and improvements based on what you shared. We’ll sketch out smarter systems, pinpoint where to add automation, and plot a journey your clients will rave about. All without you sounding like a robot.

audit

Together we’ll pick 2 forms and 3 emails that get the most action in your business and I’ll give them a full CX overhaul. I’ll dig into the language, logic, layout, and make sure they’re pulling their weight (and actually impressing your clients, not just taking up digital space).

Enhance

This is where the magic happens. We’ll spend two weeks refining, polishing and turning your good ideas into a standout experience. You’ll get my eyes (and high standards) on your systems throughout — plus a 30-minute wrap-up call to tie it all in a neat lil’ bow.   • In my experience each service providers CX is very different, some processes are short and sweet others longer and more complex. So it depends on you and your business but we will map out at least one client experience for one of your services.

  • Not during the 2 weeks but if you need multiple services mapped out we can absolutely do that, get in touch to chat about timings.

  • Absolutely! I’m a Certified Dubsado Specialist + ClickUp Expert plus I love Zapier so those are the ones I use most but I’ll let you know how the processes would work with other tech tools you might already have in your business.

  • There’s a pre session questionnaire to answer 1 week before - 1 hour for this. 90 minutes for our call. And I would recommend around 30 mins a day for in between calls to ensure you get the most of the experience working with me.

  • No! I’ve designed this offer with everyone in mind. Just because I love Dubsado & ClickUp doesn’t mean you need to. I’ll create your design with your chosen tech tool in mind!
